Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you total authority over your email mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this intuitive user interface, you can create a new mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward emails from one email account to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming mail messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and set the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just specify the mailbox account you want to redirect messages from, then specify the target email box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
